I'm not able to cancel my subscription and am totally fed up. It's got good stories, but terrible customer service!
Banned from commenting, no notification/explanation.
Attempted to contact, asking for clarification. Crickets.
Been 8 days now, one more day without contact I will close my account and go elsewhere. Neither of us will lose any sleep.
